Karen is still in the ICU at Lankenau hospital. There's been no news from the hospital as of yet which we assume means everything is going well. I will continue to update everyone through this blog whenever I hear anything new. Please continue to pray for Karen and her family as these next 36 hours are still critical for her recovery. We can truly feel the prayers of everyone around us and we praise God for the grace He has given all of us throughout this ordeal.
I want to thank you all so much for your comments on this blog and your emails as well. I will print as many of them as I can in the days ahead and bring them to Karen so she can read them while she's recovering.
Update on Our Goal: This blog went live only two days ago and has already been visited 1540 times! Of those visits, many of you are returning for more news which is great, and we have had 305 different people view this site so far! We are all so excited to see so many people praying for us; both Anya and Claudia want constant updates on the number of web visits we get. Thank you again for keeping Karen and her family in your prayers.

I am a fellow homeschooler in PA and wanted to let you know that I am keeping your whole family in my prayers. May God help all of you through this difficult time and bring healing to Karen.
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say to the LORD, "My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." - Psalm 91
I was Tim and Kristen's high school Spanish teacher. There are some more connections through Crossroads Community Church with Terry and my sister-in-law from Romania who met Karen during the first adoption. We are also adoptive parents.
We began praying immediately and will continue to pray. Our Wednesday night outreach included sincere heartfelt prayer for Karen and the family. The congregation will pray on Sunday in both services. I think the children can count on 300 prayer partners after Sunday and dozens before then.
Holding you all close in thought and prayer before God.
David and I will be praying for you!

Our church is praying- that's another 150, Evan! We think of you constantly and are lifting you up before our Good Shepherd.
We know your family through Matt and Sharon Reed. We are praying for you and my parents are praying as are the 16 members of their Sunday School Class in Berea, Kentucky. We will keep seeking the prayerful support of friends and family for you guys.
We know about these difficult times through my mother's battle with recurrent cancer. God is so faithful. He is a God of miracles.
